Source data limits. Hard tissue, pulp and periodontal ligament are segmented from one CBCT of a single individual at 0.16 mm. The mandibular canal is measured; its nerve content and every maxillary nerve are schematic — the superior alveolar canals are not resolved at this voxel size. No third molars. Pulp is traced by hand from the slices, because no threshold separates it from dentin at this resolution; apical deltas and canals under about 0.5 mm are below the voxel size, and each apical foramen is the apical end of a tracing. The mental and incisive branches and the whole maxillary nerve supply are schematic. Gingiva is derived from the measured CEJ, not seen. The two zirconia crowns are measured in OUTLINE only — this scan saturates and cannot measure their density, which comes from the literature — and the lamina dura is drawn continuous at an exaggerated thickness wherever the socket runs, not only where cortex was resolved. The simulated radiograph is computed from these meshes and published tissue densities, not from the scan: it carries no trabecular pattern, and restorations clip to flat white. Not a clinical reference.
